Predicate-driven rules that pick which HL7 Send Node fires for each inbound SR. Rules evaluate in priority order (1 = highest). Use Stop Processing to halt evaluation after a match, or leave off to fan out to multiple Send Nodes.

1=highest, 999=lowest
Match Criteria (leave blank = match any)
Match only when the sender is one of these configured source nodes. Leave empty (or tick All Nodes) to match any sender.
DICOM Tag Conditions
All tag conditions must match (AND logic). Leave empty to skip tag matching.
Exclusions
Exclusions prevent specific studies from matching this rule. Each row evaluates one attribute. ANY match (OR logic) blocks the rule from firing.
When ON: if this rule matches, no further rules are evaluated. When OFF (default): matching continues — use this to allow exceptions to be caught by lower-priority rules.
HL7 Send Node
When set, SR studies matching this rule are automatically transformed to HL7 and sent to the selected send node.
SR → HL7 Config (DCR-2026-638)
When set, studies matching this rule fire ONLY this SR→HL7 config (the config's own SOP / modality filters still apply). Leave as "Any" to use the send-node→config matrix.
STOW-RS Destinations (DCR-2026-638)
When one or more are selected, studies matching this rule forward (STOW-RS) ONLY to those VNA destination(s). Leave none selected to use the configured destinations (license-gated fan-out). Ctrl/Cmd-click to multi-select.
